Qigong Retreats and Courses"Exercise the body, quieten the mind"Qigong ("chee gong") could be described as a sequence of soft movements combining visualization. The mental work is the qigong through the visualization, this allows healing to occur by moving the qi through the blockages, clearing the meridians and travelling deep into the body. The physical movements bring flexibility and balance, while exercising the whole body. In Qigong the practice is both static and dynamic and brings a profound peace and quiet.
