Also stated in your contract however is you do have the chance to end your contract if they ever increase the price immediately. I almost bought them when I called to get my cable setup. After reading reviews throughout the internet I ended up going with someone else but am a little bummed I didn't try them out after seeing what my brother got for them. I think every company has their stories of technician no shows, false alarms, no responses etc. and I just tried to weed out the dumb people from the actual product.
